Pathways to Medicine - Cert.
Description
The Pathways to Medicine programme supports learners' aspirations to move into health-related careers. This programme allows learners to first be eligible for one of the Science-based Certificates and by completing additional courses, cover the subject requirements for entry into health-related programmes.
This is a two-tiered Certification pathway. Learners are expected to enrol in one of the Science Certificates. They will take additional courses to qualify for a Pathways to Medicine Certificate.
These courses can be taken within the associated degree as the programme, general education and electives or complete additional courses during the summer semesters. Depending on the learners' focus, this may take anywhere from two (2) years to two and a half (2 ½) years.
